Terms of use

These terms cover the use of the Serdi app and of the  subscription. By using Serdi, you accept them.

What Serdi is

Serdi is a well-being app that helps you keep no contact after a breakup: day counter, SOS, unsent letters, challenges, badges.

Serdi does not replace a health professional. The app does not diagnose or treat anything. If you feel in danger, call 112 (Europe), 988 (US, Canada) or 116 123 (Samaritans, UK and Ireland). More numbers on the Support page.

Free and Premium

Serdi is free to download. The counter, the calendar, SOS (always free and unlimited) and a limited number of letters are free. Serdi Premium unlocks extra features, described in the app before any purchase.

Serdi Premium subscription

  • Two plans: yearly (€34.99 a year) or weekly (€4.99 a week), with no free trial. The price shown in the app when you buy is the App Store price for your country and may differ from these amounts.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, under its rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring your purchases

New phone, app reinstalled? Tap “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen or in the app’s Settings, with the same Apple Account. Your subscription comes back without paying again.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone. If you delete the app or use “Delete my data”, it is erased for good: we cannot get it back. Details in the privacy policy.

Use

Serdi is for personal use. You may not copy, resell or modify the app, its texts or its illustrations (Bobo included). They remain Serdi’s property.

These terms add to Apple’s standard license agreement for apps (Apple EULA), which also applies.

Liability

We do our best for Serdi to work well and truly help you, but the app is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights under the law.
